If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password

•  You need to sign in to your router.
• The Wi-Fi network name, or SSID (service set identifier), is the name your network that has a password.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Then try to update your iPhone, you can update the iPhone to iOS 15.7.8, see -> iPhone models compatible with iOS 15.5 -> iPhone models compatible with iOS 15.5 – Apple Support (UK)

You need about 8 GB device storage and good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
