‘Your account has been disabled in the app store and iTunes”.

this is the error message i get every time i try updating an app or even paying to upgrade the icloud. Ive tried everything, changing accounts, resetting the passwords, changing CC info, nothing works Pls help.

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
