Recovering Data After a Reset:
All will be reset to factory settings, once reset. So, restore your iPhone from a backup of the same iOS, or import item from iCloud. If you never created a backup, then take this as a learning experience knowing to always create a backup of your iPhone. That way, you can have something to restore your iPhone from, should anything like this occur. Note that for mobile drives, then backup must be of the same operating system version. So, create on after every update.

- As it Reads: "After you erase your iPhone, you can restore your data and settings from a backup. If you didn't back up your iPhone, you can set it up as a new device and then download any data that you have in iCloud."
