how to search folders for only downloaded icloud files

I want to identify in my iCloud folder on my Mac, which files and folders are downloaded locally, so that I can remove the download and free up space on my hard drive.

I can see the cloud icon, but don't want to manually view each folder and sub folder, I want to search for and see a list

How can I stop downloading files/folders to my computer from iCloud? And how do I manage to which hard drives the files are downloaded? My iCloud drive is bigger than my hard drive so I don't want (and CAN NOT) download all files from my iCloud to my computer. Where can I manage which folders to download?
