My phone's screen locked, then it asked me to enter my ID password to lock it faster. After I logged in, my phone was completely reset. I lost all my photos that were not backed up to icloud. Is there any way to restore my photos? Are not?
If you made a backup, you can restore from that. If you didn't make a backup, then there is nothing to restore from.
