I want to cancel Apple TV on android

Log in to https://tv.apple.com with the Apple ID that holds the subscription and use the Profile page there to cancel it.

I tried for half an hour or more then had to contact support which then only was cancelled after 5 mins 👍

You may need to try to do that on a computer instead.

If you couldn't cancel your subscription at tv.apple.com you will need to contact Apple Support.

So what happens after you log in?

Do you not see the user icon at the top of the tv.apple.com website?

Have you tried using a different web browser?

When does it ask you to log in again?

If you provide details and context, someone may be able to advise.

When I follow the exact same path outlined on their support site the only options I have are to change to 2 different subscription packages, there is no cancel option.

Alternatively other methods require me to download Apple Music or iTunes.

For saying Apple is a multi-Trillion dollar company, how have they not got this right... Unless of course they're only worth that much because once you're in the door they don't let you leave...

I have endured exactly the same problem. Tried chat support and the guy didn't know anything about the issue, but claimed my account already had auto-renew off and I wouldn't be charged. Not sure about that, so I deleted payment method and scheduled a support phone call for tomorrow. It's unreal that this process is so messed up.
