My phone number wont activate imessage

I've contacted my SP and they said it's not an issue on their side. I've tried restarting my phone and topping up. I was thinking maybe someone has my number linked with their phone.

iPhone 11, iOS 15

I’ve tried all of those but the 24 hr wait. I’m currently waiting for 24 hrs to pass but I think I already tried and I got an error.

After 24hrs it didn’t work again so I turned off IMessage and FaceTime off then restarted which fixed it I had already tried it I don’t know why it worked now
