No one has given an additional reply because your question is not understandable. Once you have read the article that stedman1 linked to, you should have the instructions you need on how to compose a post that people will understand and be able to answer.


What are you trying to do? What happens when you try? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken? In what context are you seeing *#21#?

Can what be controlled? That's just a hash code apparently but without any context or detials its impossible to say what it is.


Again, where are you seeing this?

What are you trying to control from Settings?


You need to provide more information about it.


As it stands nobody can possible know what you are referring to.
