Is there away to buy more icloud storage without having to buy into icloud storage+

When the name was changed to iCloud+ some features were added (e.g., Private Relay, Hide My email, etc) but the price wasn't changed and there is no requirement to use those new features, so you can in effect use iCloud+ the same way as if it was still called iCloud storage.
