Can I restore my contacts from back-up disk

Somehow one of my lists in contacts disappeared so am trying to rebuild from the "all contacts" list. Very time consuming. (iMac Ventura) Can I find that "disappeared" list in my Time Machine?


iMac 27″, macOS 13.5

Is it a list or smart list?


The Contacts (AddressBook) data is located here:



However, it would be impossible (IMO) to find the one file that has the lists in it. You might try recovering the entire folder from the Time Machine backup made just prior to this problem occurring but there's no guarantee.
