Help Me? Because if i use my phone for a few mins it will shut down by itself... Theres some white marks because i accidentally put it on water... But at the same time i check its water resistant

You will need to have it checked out at a Apple store or authorized repair facility. Water damage is excluded from Apple's warranty. You will most likly need to buy a new device.
Water damage is permanent, can't be repaired and is not covered under Apple Warranty. Do as Zorksortonz suggests and schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options. If the water sensors have been tripped, they will either offer you the option to purchase an out of warranty replacement phone for about 60% of the cost of the phone when new, or you can buy a brand new iPhone.
