If you guys haven’t received any UC yet and money has been deducted.

probably a glitch from the game inside. I’ve seen many players had faced the same issue like you even me I’ve got the solution that’s why I’m here. One thing I would make sure that don’t try to purchase any UC from now till a strong news come from the BGMI that it has been solved. Secondly if you are thinking that BGMI support team will get you out from the mess it’s your false hope. So when you had paid to them you have to report it for the refund from Apple Services merchant who received your payment request then for the refund they will send you the money don’t trust BGMI to send UC it’s been over a month they still fixing the issue but didn’t. Also if you wait it’s your loss report for a refund it would be your safe side.

its been one week that i haven’t received my UC that ive purchased in bgmi and even the customer care is not responding towards our problem….its something like scam happened with everyone of us whose facing same issue

I faced the same issue but I got my money back 899₹ after complaining to apple but again same happened on 499₹ purchase and also money was not refunded.

Same, I purchased UC from in-game feature and makes a purchase of ₹499, but didn’t received Any UC. It says you have to confirm, when i click on confirm it starts loading in game. Nothing happens afterwards. Did anyone knows any solution, plz reply.

Same issue here ios devices is getting worse and worse day by day I did purchase BGMI UC amount of 2099 + 89 money got deducted from my UPI account but Still not yet received the UC on my BGMI account.. I need refund ASAP

Same happened to me too. Rs 2099 deducted from my account. I applied for refund in apple support they replied ineligible for refund. BGMI customer support is another ****. They never respond to the message. Both apple and bgmi felt like **** now. lost all the hope. its been more than 48 hours. No money, No UC.

Same issue is happening to many users including me. I have tried all possible methods including resetting , re login and reloading. BGMI support is not replying either . Will update here if I get something

its Says apple ios is not able to refund all purchased what’s wrong and why can’t be refunded our deducted amount 2099 + 89 … after debited from my Upi account .. and didn’t receive UC on #battlegroundmobileindia Account… what is the issue.. those who are not refunded we all still have the transaction details and invoice documents.. please check through out what’s going on between ios apple and BGMI Krafton partners… please provide us proper on details..
