Why do my AirPod pro max’s keep disconnecting from my iPhone?
I connect my airpod pro max’s to my iPhone then I put them on but then they disconnect. How can I fix this problem?

Troubleshooting AirPods Mismatch:
A. Start here: If you See an Alert that Says "AirPods Mismatch" - Apple Support
B. Verifying Genuine AirPods:
C. A Glitch in Apple's Device Database?
I would contact Apple Support, asking them if there is a glitch in their user database. You should not be getting this message, if they have already been repaired. If these are used, then that may be why this is occurring.
