Plus phone opens without me answering incoming call
I’m not sure what you mean by your phone opening without answering an incoming call. An incoming call will wake your phone, and, if you have Face ID and are looking at the phone, it will unlock. Can you answer the call?
A phone ringing once usually means that you have call forwarding enabled.
