I drag media from library to timeline. It could not stay in timeline. It kept bounce back to library. I sometimes drag it to timeline I had to push hold mouse until inspection information appear then let my finger go from mouse. It sometimes work but lately It does not work. Why does it happened? Any suggestions?

I don't understand what you mean by "hold mouse until inspection information appear." You mean the replace clip dialog?
An easy thing to try when FCP behaves strangely is to reset the preferences. Hold Option and Command while launching FCP and choose Delete Preferences. It will open the default Untitled library. Re-open the library you were working on, set the Preferences back to the way you like them (disable background rendering, reset Import to Leave Files in Place, etc.) and see if the issue has been resolved.
If resetting prefs doesn't help, please post screenshots of what you're doing.

Relate to mouse. When you drag, you have to push down mouse and drag to timeline then let mouse go. I noticed when I drag to timeline, inspection show blank that's why clip won' stay in timeline, it jump back to browser so I had to push down mouse and waiting until inspection show all info and wait few seconds then let go mouse. Clip sometimes stay or jump back to browser.
I will try to reset preferences.
