ID icloud disabled due to usage error
I try to explain the issue from beginning, in the context of my work in a company in Algeria I received an IPAD pro belongs to a resigned manager, this device associated with an ID of this manager, since I don't have his ID password, I added a second email and phone number and it's work perfectly, the error I made that I de-associated two other devices from his account before I reset the IPAD that I work on it, after some days a received a claim from this manager who he explain me that his ID account was disabled, my question is how we can recover his cloud ID and his devices ( Iphone 14 and IPAD pro ), to know that he already contact Apple support and they send him a link for device purchase information and the person profile but without success, your support will be helpful thank you in advance
