Hide photos will not work
I have iPhone 13 Pro plus and hide photos will not work. It shows up in other areas but not in the photos menus.

Could you please describe in more detail, what you are doing, when you try to hide a photo?
The "hide photo" command should be available in the menu with the three dots (...) , after you have selected at least one photo thumbnail .
Where are you trying to hide photos? You cannot hide photos in Shared albums, and you cannot hide photos in the synced albums in the "from my Mac" section. These items are managed separately from your Photos Library and are only shown in Photos, but not a part of your Photos Library.
