Hello Zebsta05,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. To get started, please try these steps to search for the Voice Memo app on your iPhone as it might be in a folder on your Home screen or hidden:

Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Were you able to find it after following these steps? If so, you can unhide it (If it was accidentally hidden) or move it as you wish. Please check this out:

How to move an app to a different page
You start with one page of apps. To make a new page, touch and hold an app until the apps jiggle, then drag an app to the right edge of the screen. You might need to wait a second for the new page to appear. To delete a page, consolidate all of your apps to another Home Screen. When there are no apps present the page will delete.
When you have more than one page, a bright dot in a row of dots above the Dock shows you which page you're on. You can move an app to a different page and create new pages.

If there are dots to the left or right of the bright dot, you can drag an app to the right side of the screen to move the app to the next page in that direction. Or swipe left to see the apps on that page.

If there are no dots to the right of the bright dot, dragging an app to that side of the screen makes a new page.

With iOS 16, you’ll see Search at the bottom instead of the dots until you scroll through the pages on your Home Screen. The Search option is available only on iPhone.

Unhide apps on your iPhone or iPad
If you deleted an app from your iPhone or iPad, the app doesn't automatically reappear on your Home Screen when you unhide it. Instead, redownload the app from the App Store. You don't have to buy the app again.
1. Open the App Store app.
2. Tap the account button , or your photo or initials, at the top of the screen.
3. Tap your name or Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
4. Your name appears at the top of the account page.
5. Scroll down and tap Hidden Purchases.
6. iPhone showing the Hidden Purchases button in Account Settings.
7. Find the app that you want, then tap Unhide.
8. To return to the App Store, tap Account Settings, then tap Done.
9. Search for the app, then tap the download button .

Hide purchases from the App Store

You can also, reset your Home Screen to its original settings:

Reset the Home Screen and apps to their original layout
1. Go to Settings  > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone.
2. Tap Reset, tap Reset Home Screen Layout, then tap Reset Home Screen.
3. Any folders you’ve created are removed, and apps you’ve downloaded are arranged alphabetically after apps that came with your iPhone.

We hope this information is useful. Kind regards.
