Using my iPhone 14 as a remote control for my TV

I have Covid and I am isolated in my room.

Trying to watch TV on my IMac using my Iphone 14 pro as Remote Control.

Hours dealing with Senior Specialist.. NOBODY at Apple is able to assist on this,

Switch Control is very rudimental function on Apple; I am extremely disappointed...

I also read that it is better to use external Application...

Any Help?

Use your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to control another device

If you want to control a Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences on your computer.
Select Accessibility. In the sidebar, choose Switch Control.
Select the checkbox next to "Allow platform switching to control your computer".

Thank you!

It is not MAC the problem, but Switch Control menu on Iphone 14 Pro.

Apple's specialist, from his own admission, was unable to solve the issue and suggests to use external apps

Not sure why Apple is not able to resolve this issue
