When I connect my cell to the computer, it looks in the computer. But as soon as I open it, everything disappears

iPhone 17 Pro Max stuck on setup, can’t complete transfer from old iPhone Setting up my iphone 17 pro max. At first, on Quickly Set Up Iphone page, it could detect my iphone 14 pro max with no issue. Followed the steps which led to an iphone update on the new phone. After update completed, it brought me back to the hello setup page back. However, tried to set it up again, now it is stuck on 'Looking for nearby devices' on the Quickly set up Iphone page. Select 'Set Up Without another Device' which brings me to transfer your apps & Data page, select Transfer from another iphone, old iphone receive pop up and scan the image on new iphone. But it gets stuck here. New Iphone shows 'Waiting for Other Iphone...' while on the old iphone shows 'could not sign in on other device' and that it ask to check whether bluetooth is turned on. Old iphone bluetooth is on, not able to go to bluetooth setting page on new iphone without setting up new iphone with no old phone data.
