Syncing iPhone and Android?
How can I sync a android phone with a iPhone 15? Or is it even possible?

It's possible – for certain types of syncing.
Some types are easier to set up correctly than others. E.g., if you connect the Mail or Gmail apps on both phones to the same Gmail account, your mail will normally be stored on Google's servers. You'll be able to get to the mail from either phone. If you connect your iPhone to Google Calendars and remember to create events in a Google calendar, you can have those events synchronized between your iPhone and your Android phone.
Synchronizing photos can be a bit trickier. I don't think Android phones can participate in iCloud Photos (although I could be wrong). iPhones can use Google Photos (Google offers an app for that), but many iPhone users would be using iCloud Photos already, and it's not clear that you want to use both types of synchronization at the same time. (If you ran out of Google cloud space, and started deleting photos to make room, you'd be permanently deleting all copies of those photos from iCloud Photos at the same time.)
