My iPhone13 is not vibrating for calls or alarms. Might be related to silent mode, but not entirely as an alarm failed to vibrate when the phone was not on silent. Vibration used to be independent of silent mode but doesn’t appear to be so anymore.
In settings, I no longer see an option to enable vibration independent of sounds. I have confirmed that I have vibration selected within the sounds.

Thank you, but I’m not interested in haptics. I want to have vibration for alerts and also for alarms.
I didn’t realize they’ve lumped all vibration under “haptics”. Thanks for the tip. I seem to have at least some restored vibration now.
Yes vibration was renamed Haptics - they are the same thing - but they forgot to rename it in Accessibility settings
