paying for 200Gb getting only 100gb

I am paying for 200GB storage and only getting 100GB, how do I get Apple to give me correct storage?

See -> iCloud+ plans and pricing -> iCloud+ plans and pricing - Apple Support

There is no 100 GB iCloud+ plan subscription.

If you have an iCloud+ plan subscription, you receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.
