Why can’t I use my vanilla gift

The bank that issued the gift card has to support Apple Pay, it’s a bank issue.

we need to know a phone number that actually gets us to a human. After almost 40 minutes, I finally reached someone who confirmed the card was not working (although it had worked two times previously) and Vanilla sent a replacement card. That took almost 2 weeks and now the replacement card doesn’t work! I work with youth aging out of foster care and provide the vanilla gift cards for them to purchase groceries. When this type of thing happens and we can’t fix it quickly it’s serious. Who can I contact at Vanilla?
