ok i followed the tutorial that i have seen on youtube to reset my phone the there was a pop up menu which came from itunes where by i was supposed to choose restore but i choose update i disconnected an di connected again by the pop up didn't came again.could you help me to find a solution?

You'll need to put your iPhone into recovery mode to get back to the restore option:
If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch
That should get you back to restoring.
