Why am I not getting text from one person in group text?

This happened just now when I changed carriers, but it happened before when this contact went from iPhone to Android, and was resolved by selecting SMS and MMS messaging, then deleting the old conversation and recreating the group. That deletion step isn't doing the trick this time.

Hope I haven't left anything out. It's been an issue on a few different iPhone models and iOS versions now so I don't think that's the source of the problem.
