It sounds like you're being prompted for an old Apple ID and we can help.
The most common reason that this happens is that you have an app or some content installed on your iPhone that is associated with the old Apple ID.
What you'll need to do is find the apps or content that is asking for your old Apple ID when you try to update it, and delete that app:
Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
After you have those deleted, you can reinstall the app from the account you would like to use and you shouldn't be asked for the old Apple ID anymore.
