Ah, you want to add Chrome to the trusted sites list on an iPad running iPadOS 16. Well, first off, spoiler alert: iPadOS doesn't have a "trusted sites" list like you'd find in Windows' Internet Options. You can't add Chrome as a "trusted site" because Chrome is actually a browser, not a site you visit.

However, you can customize some privacy and security settings for Chrome on your iPad by doing the following:

1. Open the Chrome app (that's assuming you've successfully downloaded it without getting lost in the App Store).

2. Tap on the three little dots on the bottom-right corner to open the menu.

3. Go to "Settings."

4. Scroll until you find "Privacy" or "Security" and tap it to manage your privacy settings.

That's the closest you're gonna get to having a "trusted" relationship with Chrome on an iPad. iPads are a bit more like, "Hey, you use Safari and you'll like it!" But Chrome does its best to give you some control. It's just playing in Apple's walled garden, you know?
