If Siri on your HomePod says it can't connect to the internet
If HomePod can't connect to Wi-Fi
If the signal strength indicator shows an exclamation point, HomePod can't connect to the Wi-Fi network. Try these steps. After each step, check if your issue is resolved.
1. Confirm your network setup.
2. Unplug HomePod and plug it back in, then wait 20 to 30 seconds.
3. Reset HomePod to factory settings, then set up HomePod again.
