How do I enlarge the icons on my iPhone?

You can use Zoom to magnify the entire screen or only parts of it. See: Zoom in on the iPhone screen - Apple Support

Go to Settings ➡️ Display & Brightness, scroll down to Display Zoom, and select the Large Text option. It will increase the size of the icons as well.
