Save voice memos from icloud

Hello, I need some help, I have an iphone 6s, I have 12 voice memos on my phone, about 1,2 gb, but in icloud, manage store I have also 590 mb on voice memos list. So, I am a noob :( Those memos voice from icloud, are different compare to my 12 voice memos from my phone, intern store? And how to check and see those voice memos from icloud? If I delete intern voice memos, will also deleted from icloud? Thank you very much :)

To keep all of your Voice Memos up to date , we recommend that you follow the steps here: Keep recordings up to date in Voice Memos on iPhone - Apple Support


To perform the recommended troubleshooting steps via the link above, complete the steps in the section below.


To turn on Voice Memos in iCloud on your devices, do the following: 
* iOS or iPadOS: Go to Settings  > [your name] > iCloud > Show All, then turn on Voice Memos.
* macOS Ventura: Choose Apple menu  > System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, then click iCloud on the right. Click iCloud Drive, click Options, click Documents, select Voice Memos, then click Done. (If you don’t see your name at the top of the sidebar, click Sign in with your Apple ID to enter your Apple ID or to create one.)
* macOS 10.15–12.5: Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Apple ID. Click iCloud in the sidebar, then select iCloud Drive. Click Options next to iCloud Drive, click Documents, then select Voice Memos.
* macOS 10.14 or earlier: Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click iCloud. Select iCloud Drive, click Options, then select Voice Memos.


We recommend the steps above because they will show you how to keep your voice recordings up to date in the Voice Memos app on your iPhone.


To see your voice recordings across all of your devices, follow the steps here: See your recordings on all your Apple devices - Apple Support

Hello, thanks for reply and your help. Sorry if my english are so good :) I already did turn on Voice Memos. The problem is, that on my iphone, on voice memos app I had 12 voices, around 1 gb, but in icloud, sems that I have 500 mb on voice momes. I dont know how to find them or use and see what voice memos around 500 mb do I have in icloud :(
