Changing Open With Context Menu

Hello Guys and Gals -

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements to use with my Mac Mini 2018, which I believe is running Ventura. When I right click on a file and choose open with, I get, amongst others, open with Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor. In Windows I can easy use a registry hack to shorten the name to Photoshop, so I'm wondering if there's a way to accomplish this in macOS? Thanks for any help.

This should be possible by renaming the app in the Applications folder, no registry hack needed. Hope this helps!
