My Apple ulta watch won’t connect to my cell plan

Can someone please help on my apple ulta watch in settings it tells me no sim / no connection .: is there away to add this watch to my cell plan

Have you paired the watch with an iPhone? See:

Set up cellular on Apple Watch - Apple Support


Make sure that you have an eligible cellular service plan with a supported carrier. Your iPhone and Apple Watch must use the same carrier, and you must be within your carrier's network when you set up cellular on your watch.
