Intermittently iCloud is not updating passwords in Settings when changed on iPhone which is really frustrating, especially when selecting suggested strong password options, which of course are impossible to remember if they are not updated and logging in next time.

Reenable Keychain:
Enable, then disable Keychain in iCloud Settings.
