Supioucous charge from apple

I received a text message from my bank a charge of 21.64 was decline. When i did not order anything. I recently cancel apple tv the only subscription i had till late sept which looks like i dont have anymore bc of this weird charge that mess with my acct. What was tried to be charge on my acct and is it going to go thru when money goes into my acct.and be taken out
