why is it that my apple account is always saying that my account has been disabled on itunes and app store?

anytime I need to update an app or go to download an app from the App Store it says that my account has been disabled from iTunes and App Store? What is up with that and how can I fix it?

It is usually a billing-related issue. If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
