Uncovering a Family Member’s Apple ID and password without the physical iPhone

I am desperate and calling on all of you regarding finding the Apple ID and password for my mother’s personal cell phone. This is the iPhone 12 Max Pro. Unfortunately, yesterday this device was stolen from my 84 year old mother while she is recovering from a stroke. Not only did we not recently think to update and to record this detailed information for the future, we have no way of recovering this data, as we have tried numerous times today.

To say my mother is devastated and heartbroken are two words that cannot appropriately articulate her grief. Containing contacts from her family and friends in Ireland and England, within this device are recordings of her late husband and pictures and stories from their life together. All we want to do is find this cell phone via the Find My Phone app and then beg the unlawful recipient of this device to hand this over. This may feel and seem unattainable, but I refuse to give up on human kind and not take a chance on relieving and restoring my mother’s faith in her peers.

I am beyond grateful if you can walk me through this process, especially when I neither have nor can use certain information to support me in this process.

Thank you so much for your additional assistance and support in seeing if this request is even humanly possible.

Take care!
