Certain Text for New Content in Game Shown in only one Language

A game I've been playing on my iphone the past few years released some new content for the game. This includes a new area in the game. Unfortunately any text involving objects such as name of portals to enter/leave the area along with locations exclusive in the area is only visible in Chinese regardless of what the language is set to. This is also affecting users that have their language set to Russian or Japanese but will only display certain text in Chinese. The developer was informed of this issue the day the new content was added by multiple players a few weeks ago but seems to refuse to fix the issue as they continue to do regarding many other bugs. Some of which causes disruption of the app which cannot function in any manner if put in the background and including swiping down to check battery or time. A large amount of the complaints made the developer has instead blamed it on the device and not a bug in the game. I e screenshots of this issue. I was also wondering if it was a violation of the teens of service for certain behavior in which most players that were caught using an exploit or bot get banned except for those of a certain heritage. Reporting then has resulted in either defending the behavior, completely ignoring the reports even if video and screenshot of it is provided by multiple users and some of them are banned instead. A number of times banned were from asking about prizes that haven't been received from promotional contests that occured a year before. The most recent issue was regarding an insurance system in the game that for most players involves purchases using real money. Within a couple days without any notice the value of new items had gone up 15X the amount it was a week ago and it wasn't until it cost a lot more than what it did previously which. Would've been abou$3-5 to get replaced in using in app store purchase but new value and unaware of the change cost many about$40-50 instead. This was also after the developer manipulated the value of an item that was the only means to do the insurance in-game by multiple times it's value in which only a handful of players would be able to do it using in-game currency and forced to spend real money do it.
