Strange iMac screen failure with a white border around the image

All of a sudden this problem, I don't know what to do. Please give me solution. I am very worried about it.

You need to schedule an appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and have it looked at.

Is it the same after logging into an account?

Does it clear up after the iMac has been in use for awhile?

There is no change. Remains after login.
