Received iPhone 14 Pro Max with manufacturing defect
So I made purchase of iPhone 14 Pro max in July 23 and a week ago started identifying network issue. On connecting to apple authorized service centre, it was diagnosed as hardware issue. Its been a week and I am getting udates from apple support that apple repair centre is waiting fpr replacement part.
Can anyone tell how long apple generally takes to repair the iPhone? Also, since I have received a iphone with manufacting defect, can it be replaced? What is the procedure?
