I sold my Apple Watch and thought I disconnected it from my Apple ID but the buyer is saying that it’s still connected. What do I do or what am I doing wrong? How do I remove it?

next to your Apple Watch. Go to Settings > Apple ID (etc.). Scroll down and you'll see a list of your devices. Delete, if necessary.
