Typically you are not charged until an order is shipped. The status of your order and contact info are located at:

It was an apple gift card by mail They deducted the money 👇
And later cancelled the order

The message clearly states you have not been billed so why would you expect a refund? Contact Apple. We are users like you. We do not have access to your account or purchases.
