I applied for, and received, a new Apple Titanium Card on Sept. 1, 2023. I used it to purchase a new Mac Mini M2 Pro computer. When will I get my apple card in the mail? How would I go about getting my card details online?

The titanium card is the physical version of the Apple Card. You only receive one if you request it after being approved for the Apple Card.
You need an iPhone in order to get the physical titanium card. To request the card, see: Get a titanium Apple Card - Apple Support
Mine took about 3 weeks to arrive after I requested it but that was several years ago and may have changed.
You can access your account online at https://card.apple.com/ but what you can do there is limited (doesn't include all of the things that you can do from an iPhone Wallet)>
