How to capture whole screen shown by camera on default 4:3

When I am taking 4:3 photo I can see whole screen but only portion of it is taken. When I switch to 16:9 the camera is zoomed in.

How can I capture original 16:9 shown when taking 4:3 without the zoom in?

I figured it out. The central part of the screen, which is captured, is recorded by different camera then extended top and bottom parts. You can use the other camera by tapping 0,5 zoom. Then the top and bottom sections turn black.
