Cellular error

I have a iPhone 12 that has a cellular issue/ error. I have tried to factory reset my phone and the issue is still there. Under the cellular tab it says an update is required. iOS is updated to 16.6.

Then likely you should ask Apple to assess your iPhone.

This did not help. There is no update available for the cellular network. When I click on cellular under the about tab all it says is cellular issue. When I click on the cellular tab under setting it says cellular error. An update is required to use cellular data on this iPhone.

I have tried all of that. I have contacted Apple support with no help.
