Problems with my refund

I ordered on this stock app shoes and according to my bank account they deducted the amount two times! They are not giving me my refund and there’s no customer service phone number

I have not received my refund from the App Store. Hi everybody, My problem began when I purchased an app on 16 of Sep 2024 that cost is 35$ (Screen Mirroring App: Smart TV) with 3 days free trial, once I accepted the Purchasing, immediately my credit card which was stored in Apple wallet was deducted with 35$ without any 3 days free trial!!! I asked for a refund immediately , I did not ever test the App, I got the reply on the next day ( 17 of Sep) that The money was refunded! I was waiting more than 6 weeks , but still no refund!!!! Refund not received. I requested a refund for an accidental purchase (Wetransfer pro subscription) It has been multiple weeks since I received the refund from App store, but I have yet to receive the money in my bank account. how can I solve this?

Approved Grok app refund not received in bank account My request for a refund for the Grok app I purchased has been approved. However, I have not received the money in my bank account yet. I paid Apple using my debit card.
