Recovering Disappeared Notes:
Here is what to try...
A. Start Here: If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
B. Restore from a Backup:
Did your ever back up your iPhone with these installed? If so, back up you could back up your iPhone, and then restore it from the backup. This backup would have to be of the same iOS version of what is already installed.
C. iCloud in Settings: Look in iCloud settings in each device, and make sure that Notes is clicked. If it is, then unclick it, and then click it again.

Uncheck Notes in Settings, and then check it. Perhaps it needs to resync?

I am not seeing an option to back up to an earlier date. How do I do that?
Should I unclick the notes “Sinc this phone”?
Now all the notes have disappeared
none have resynced
what should I do?
I think I have automated back ups done as far as I know. So I’ll have to try that. Thanks.
