Recovering Disappeared Notes:

Here is what to try...

A. Start Here: If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

B. Restore from a Backup:

Did your ever back up your iPhone with these installed? If so, back up you could back up your iPhone, and then restore it from the backup. This backup would have to be of the same iOS version of what is already installed.

C. iCloud in Settings: Look in iCloud settings in each device, and make sure that Notes is clicked. If it is, then unclick it, and then click it again.

"On my iCloud backup it says the last successful back up was done yesterday at 4:17 pm. I believe this is when most of my notes disappeared. I am not seeing an option to back up to an earlier date. How do I do that?"

-------

Restoring your Notes:

If they existed yesterday ar 4:17PM, then that is just what to restore from. Follow these instructions: Restore from an iCloud Backup - Apple Support
