I hide the printer from the HP smart app. But I still get a message that says printer cannot be found.

Using the HP smart app, I selected the printer to be removed but the only option was to hide it. I no longer have this printer. Every few minutes l get a pop up message on the iPad that says printer can’t be found. The only options are to cancel or continue. But neither option works. The printer is no longer listed on the Wi-Fi in settings. Apple IOS is updated to 16.6.

how can I get ride of this message ?

If you are unable to remove your printer, ensure that the HP app is fully updated. Updates can often help resolve issues.

"Open the App Store.
Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All." How to manually update apps on your Apple device

If the issue continues, contact the app developer as they will be in the best place to help.
