MacOs Upgrade
I am currently on Mac Os El Capitan. What is its upgrade and where do I get the upgrade?

As @Ozzie1910 implies we need to know the exact model of your Mac in order to know whether it is able to use a later version of macOS. To run a newer version of macOS generally requires a Late-2009 Mac or later.
