Whenever I click on a search bar or text box within any site to, a separate and seemingly customized text box appears. Looks like an accessibility issue but I can't find anything within that preference setting to turn it off. Help

I finally figured it out. System preferences-Accessibility-Zoom (sub category to vision)-Enable Hover Text
